TheGuidance on Strengthening the Construction of Underground MunicipalInfrastructure in Cities ([2020] No. 111) was put forward by the Ministry of Housing and Construction'son December 30, 2020, which refer that “By the end of 2023, the census ofmunicipal infrastructure will be basically completed, and the comprehensivemanagement information platform of cities at the prefecture level and abovewill be established and perfected; by the end of 2025, the full coverage ofplatform management will be basically realized.” Leador builds a five-in-oneurban pipe network management system that integrates sensing, analysis,service, command and assessment, covering data census, basic services andoperation management for the intelligent pipe network, which promotes thedevelopment of management from crude to refined and intelligent, realizesdynamic monitoring, real-time warning and collaborative command of three majortypes of pipe network data, and enhances the comprehensive service capabilityand citizens' sense of well-being.
